The place was clean and special. Had consistently courteous staff at the 24-hour reception desk. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the new-fashioned and soundproof room with a great bed. The hotel's location was very central, right in the center of town. We were very close to the shopping area and the main city attractions. I had a great experience at the James Rotterdam. the place was pristine and had a special charm. the staff at the 24-hour reception desk were always polite and helpful. the hotel's central location made it convenient to access the shopping area and main city attractions.
